Our Center

Geden Shoeling Tibetan Manjushri Buddhist Center was established in September 2003. The Abbott is Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jamyang, an ex-Abbot of Sera Mey Monastic University in India. Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jamyang and Geshe Norbu Chophol are the two main teachers who conduct prayers and give Dharma teachings at Geden Shoeling. 

The regular schedule is as followed:

Saturday 10:00A.M. – 10:30A.M. Meditation
              10:30A.M. – 12:00P.M. Prayer

Sunday   10:30A.M. – 12:00P.M. Dharma teaching session

This group is designed to provide students weekly announcements and updates regarding the events at Geden Shoeling. You will receive announcements but will not be able to post comments. Please contact Geden Shoeling for further information.
Teachings
At Geden Shoeling, all of the meditation, prayer, and Dharma teaching sessions are free and open to the public. The Dharma teaching sessions are translated into English and Vietnamese. We request that students and visitors arrive on time. Dharma teachings by Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jamyang, Geshe Norbu Chophol, and other teachers at Geden Shoeling are usually commentary on Lam Rim, Mind Training, and other expositions of Buddha’s teachings at presented in the Gelugpa school of Tibetan Buddhism.
